20th Anniversary Sonic

Finally it's done.

This took so long, primarily because of laziness and fussiness. What started off as a simple sketch at a friend's house turned into a huge project for Sonic's 20th anniversary. I wanted to practice more SA and to kill 2 birds with one stone I made it a (sorta) anniversary celebration. Actually 3 birds with 1 stone, as this is also for the collab for #SA-Artists-League. XD;

While working on this I had my eyes glued to official artwork, trying my best to make sure I get the style (nearly) perfect. I'm nowhere near close, but hey I tried.

A little thing about me and Sonic: Sonic's been a part of my life since I was about 4 years old. The first game I ever played was Sonic CD on the computer obviously. I also got into Sonic 3 and Knuckles for the PC and when I got older I moved onto game boy, gamecube, you name it. Now he's been around for 20 years, which is not only amazing but that means I'm getting old. *will be 20 by this December* XD

I'm open to any suggestions/little critiques from anyone who excels in SA artwork. <3

*EDIT* I just realized today, 2 days later, that I forgot to shade the white part of Sonic's eyes. That's fixed now. XD
